Rio Grande Distribution LLC is an Albuquerque-based, locally owned refrigerated distribution company. We provide temperature-controlled delivery for city, county, and state government food service, senior nutrition, child care, and institutional supply programs across New Mexico.
We are not a national carrier serving New Mexico from a distant hub. We live here, we work here, and every contract we run keeps jobs and dollars in New Mexico.

Our Team
Samuel — Co Founding Member
Samuel brings over ten years of business experience built from the ground up. He started and grew a moving and distribution company from scratch, then acquired and bought out corporate routes and turned them profitable, learning firsthand how to run a tight, dependable operation under the performance and food-safety standards that national brands demand. At Rio Grande, he focuses on operations and growth, with a commitment to doing the work right and protecting the integrity of every temperature-controlled mile.
Joseph — Co Founding Member
Joseph has spent his career building and running businesses across New Mexico. A lifelong New Mexican, he previously held and delivered on a City of Albuquerque food contract, hands-on experience in exactly the kind of work Rio Grande does today, which shapes how the company approaches reliability and accountability. At Rio Grande, he focuses on strategic growth and client relationships, making sure every client gets dependable, on-time service they can count on.
